Overview:

PurpleFox is a boutique search specialist focused on sourcing Mid to Executive level Work Winning and Commercial professionals across a range of professional sectors including Construction, Facilities Management, Logistics and Technology.

We are partnered with an established, leading Fit Out Construction contractor, to support them with their search for a Bid Manager.

The organisation is still a privately owned business with offices around the UK. The business has grown to encompass a sizable joinery workshop as well as storage facilities, with several offices across the globe, enabling them to deliver outstanding projects regardless of size, complexity or value. Their comprehensive range of complete turnkey services take a client’s vision and initial project concept, to an inspiring, finished interior.

Summary of requirement:

- Due to organic growth they are now wanting to expand the Bid function and are looking to appoint a Bid Manager, ideally someone with experience across the Fit out industry (although someone from a Construction or Engineering discipline background will be considered)

- The role of Bid Manager will involve managing tenders across the luxury hotel and prime residential property sectors, although they do carry out some works within Museums and Prime retail space too. Projects typically range in size between £5m and £50m.

- The culture is described as collaborative with everyone taking pride in their work. They have a low staff turnover and offer support with career progression and professional development.

Salary is flexible for the right person and the role also benefits from a car allowance and 5% bonus scheme, healthcare cover and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
